Jasmin J. Wilson, LCSW

Jasmin Wilson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience providing therapy, case management, and psychosocial support across hospital, clinical, and community settings. Her work has taken her into diverse environments, from maternal health programs and veteran care to acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and transplant medicine, all with one shared purpose: helping people heal with dignity, support, and evidence-based care.

Jasmin’s approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed, strengths-based strategies. She believes therapy should be collaborative and practical, focused on helping clients build emotional awareness, develop coping tools, and restore confidence in their own resilience.

Jasmin earned her Master of Social Work (Health/Mental Health Concentration) from Southern University at New Orleans and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of New Orleans. She holds active clinical licenses in Texas (LCSW #104816) and Louisiana (LCSW #14935), as well as an LMSW in Michigan (#6801119374).

Across every role, she has seen that healing happens when care is compassionate, consistent, and culturally attuned. Her mission is to make mental health services accessible to all, meeting clients where they are and walking with them toward where they want to be.
